Happy belated Father’s Day to all my fellow bookworms in the States. I hope all the fathers out there enjoyed their day, and that everyone else enjoyed spoiling the father & father figures in their lives. I should earn daughter of the year award for going over to my parent’s house to clean out their gutters… Doesn’t sound that hard does it? Well they live on a steep hill AND have a two story house, so doing it from a ladder isn’t really possible. That’s right, I harnessed up and had to do it from their roof. The kicker? It was 92 degrees Fahrenheit yesterday in Ohio, which meant it felt like 120 degrees on that roof. I’ll be waiting to receive my award in the mail any day now…
Enough about my traumatic Father’s Day activities, let’s talk books!
