This week’s theme is…

May 2: Cover Theme Freebie: literally anyyyything about covers….top ten covers that scream Spring, ten books with ice cream on the cover, ten books with blue covers, etc. etc. THIS ONE COULD BE REALLY FUN and I can’t wait to see how creative your lists are!

Let’s be honest here, we all know the cover is what first draws us to a book.  It’s what makes us pick a book up and read the book description.

Today I am going to share my top 10 favorite new release covers of 2017 (thus far)…

This week’s theme is…

April 19th: Favorite LGBTQ+ Reads
–Talk about your favorite books that feature LGBTQ+ characters or are by LGBTQ+ authors.

April 5th: Top SFF Books on Your TBR *Booktube SFF Awards Babble Crossover Topic!*
–Talk about the science fiction and fantasy books you want to read ASAP!

If you remember, a few weeks ago (all the way back to March 8th) the theme for T5W was “Favorite Science Fiction & Fantasy Books.”  Unfortunately, my list for this topic only included fantasy books as science fiction is not a genre I frequent.  If you are curious, you can read my post here →Top 5 Wednesday: Favorite Fantasy Books.  Anyways!  I vowed in that post to make reading more science fiction a priority this year.

Here are my top science fiction books that I would like to read this year…

March 28: Top Ten Authors I’m Dying To Meet / Ten Authors I Can’t Believe I’ve Met  (some other “meeting authors” type spin you want to do)

Before 2016, I never attended an author/book event.  I never really knew it was a thing.  Now that I’ve attended a few events and book festivals, I’m hooked.  Over the past year, I’ve been very fortunate to meet some wonderful authors at events that were held near where I live.

Curious to see who I have met over the past year?  Keep reading to find out 🙂
