Wrap Ups & Hauls

August 2020 Reading & Blogging Wrap-Up

Hello bookworms!

As summer is winding down, I am looking forward to all things FALL!  Fall is my favorite season and in my book begins on September 1st… even if it is still 80 degrees outside…

Today I am talking about the books I read & what I blogged in August…

Bookish Happenings (1)

With the return to some normalcy to our lives, August flew by in a whirlwind.  Here in Ohio, sports were allowed to resume with restrictions, so I am back chauffeuring my children all around town.  My son is playing football and my daughter is doing cheerleading.  While nothing is without risk these days, we decided that it was important for them to be able to participate in some extracurricular activities since they will not be attending in-person school for the first semester of the school year.

Speaking of online schooling, my kids will be starting school on September 8th.  We are nervous and a bit anxious to begin.

August ended up being the month where I read the fewest number of books thus far in 2020.  Even though I didn’t read as many books as normal, I’m not upset about it since I loved everything I read.

Which books did you read this month?

Have you read any of the books I read or hauled this month?  If so, what did you think?

Did you buy any books?  If so, which ones?
